During or after each job, the drilling machine is maintained by the drilling machine operator. Regular maintenance by maintenance personnel regularly, once a year or half a year.

1. Drilling machine shall have operating procedures: regular maintenance, and record the protection site of faults.

2. The drilling machine should be stored in oil seal and covered with sealing film when not in use.

3. Train and equip corresponding operators, maintenance personnel and programming personnel to clean the surface and surrounding of the drilling machine.

Cleaning methods for the surface and surrounding of the drilling machine:

1. Wipe the drill floor, bed, guide rail, lead screw and operating handle. Keep bed and surrounding clean and free of oil.

2. Remove guideway surface burr and lead screw drilling slag impurities.

3. Remove and clean the oil felt.

4. Remove the rust on each part of the drilling machine to protect the paint surface.
