Titanium alloy material is not easy to oxidize, non-magnetic, light weight, high strength and other characteristics, but the price is high.

Second, polymer materials

1. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)

Polytetrafluoroethylene is a polymer material with excellent temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, which is suitable for sealing with pressure. PTFE has high temperature resistance, can maintain good physical properties and chemical stability at high temperatures, and has good corrosion resistance, can withstand a variety of strong acids, strong bases, solvents and other corrosive media erosion.

2. Polyimide (PI)

Polyimide is a kind of heat and corrosion resistant polymer material with good mechanical properties and chemical stability, which is suitable for pressure sealing. Polyimide material has high temperature tolerance, can maintain good physical properties and chemical stability at high temperatures, but also has good corrosion resistance, can withstand a variety of strong acids, strong bases, solvents and other corrosive media erosion.

Third, composite materials

1. Thermoplastic composite materials

Thermoplastic composites are mainly composed of resins and additive materials, which have high strength and stiffness. The material has good heat resistance and corrosion resistance and is suitable for sealing with pressure.

2. Thermosetting composite materials

Thermosetting composites are mainly composed of resins and additive materials, which have high strength and stiffness. The material performs well at high temperatures and also has good corrosion resistance, making it suitable for use with pressure plugging.

In short, the selection of sealing materials with pressure should be considered according to the specific use environment, requirements and characteristics of the material, and materials with heat resistance, corrosion resistance, pressure resistance and good sealing characteristics should be selected for sealing, so as to achieve the maximum sealing effect.
