1. Preparation:

Adequate preparation is required before performing a manual pressure plug. First, determine the parameters of the material, size and working pressure of the pipeline to be blocked. Then, select the appropriate manual sealing equipment with pressure, including sealing tape, sealing frame, pressure gauge, etc.

2. Clean the pipe:

Before manually sealing with pressure, ensure that the inside of the pipe is clean and free of debris. Use a suitable tool, such as a brush or a high-pressure water gun, to clean the inner wall of the pipe. This can prevent the sealing belt from being damaged by dirt or producing incomplete sealing effect.

3. Sealing belt installation:

Place the plug tape roll on the plug rack, and then insert one end of the plug tape into the pipe. According to the size of the pipe and the length of the pipe to be blocked, gradually push the sealing tape into the pipe. Ensure that the sealing tape adequately covers the inner wall of the pipe and that there is any loosening.

4. Pressure regulation:

During the installation of the sealing belt, it is necessary to monitor the pressure in the pipeline through the pressure gauge. According to the working pressure of the pipeline, the tension of the sealing belt should be adjusted to ensure that the expected sealing effect is achieved. At the same time, do not exceed the large pressure load of the sealing belt, so as not to cause the rupture of the sealing belt.

5. Plugging test:

After installation, a plugging test is required to verify the effectiveness of the plugging tape. Closing the upstream and downstream valves of the pipeline and then increasing the force inside the pipeline can effectively stop the flow of flow or gas. 6. Plugging removal:

When the plugging task is complete or the plugging needs to be removed, perform the reverse steps. First, slowly reduce the inside of the pipe and gradually pull out the sealing tape. Before pulling out the sealing belt, ensure that the pressure in the pipe is completely released to avoid damage caused by sudden removal of the sealing belt.
