2. Detection of pipeline condition: Use tools or equipment to detect the condition of the pipeline, such as pipe diameter, material, damage location, etc. This helps the operator select the appropriate belt and pressure source.

3. Insert the writing tape into the pipeline: Insert the lubricating writing tape into the pipeline and push it to the position that needs to be blocked. Note that the expansion tape should be inserted into the pipe, do not expose the pipe mouth.

4. Expansion tape: Open the air source or hydraulic source, and gradually increase the pressure until the expansion tape expands to the appropriate size to form a seal. It should be noted that when expanding the expansion tape, it is necessary to slowly increase the pressure to avoid excessive expansion or sudden rupture of the expansion tape.

5. Pressure test: Use a pressure gauge to test the pipeline or container to ensure that the pressure of the writing tape matches the pressure required in the pipeline.

6. Verify the sealing effect: check whether there is air leakage and liquid leakage around the expansion tape, and conduct a test to verify the sealing effect. It can be verified by pressure test, hydrostatic test and gas leak test.

7. Fixed expansion tape: When the pressure of the expansion tape matches the pressure required in the pipeline, it is necessary to fix it with fixed clips on both sides of the expansion tape to prevent the displacement of the expansion tape or air leakage.

Iii. Precautions after operation

1. Pay attention to safety: the operator should strictly abide by the operating procedures and safety measures, and remind the user to pay attention to safety issues before and after operation.

2. Remove the expansion tape: After completing the plugging work, the expansion tape should be slowly removed from the pipeline using reverse pressure, taking care not to damage or lose any object in the pipeline.

3. Pressure release: After the operation, the pressure of the air source or hydraulic source needs to be released to avoid excessive expansion or rupture of the rewriting tape.

4. Cleaning work: After the operation is completed, it is necessary to clean and maintain the tools and equipment, and properly dispose of the waste and materials.
